This year, due to prolonged rainfall and cold weather during the spring months, seeds met the soil late and the harvest season was delayed by an average of 1 month in many agricultural regions.
And finally, our fresh peppers produced by our experienced farmers in our fertile plains have started to arrive at our factory.

Macedonian peppers are being placed in barrels by meeting with our special formulation brines.
The Macedonian pepper pickle fermentation process is carefully followed by our team.
